FL Studio + Cool Edit = Maximized Loudness?

I have a WAV file that is EQed the way I want it, now I just need to maximize teh loudness of the track. Anybody know a way to do that in Cool Edit Pro perhaps? I've searched for tutorials on it, and so far, couldn't find very many. I'm pretty unfamiliar with the options in cool edit, and I'm also pretty unfamiliar with "producer terms" as I am a noob to producing... but perhaps someone could help me? :(
