Question regarding All bundle

Hi, I'm not really a producer or anything, but I have a question regarding the purchase of the All Plugins Bundle. It's for someone else.

When I purchase the bundle, do I also get the program, or is it just plugins?
And if so, will it make a difference which version of FL Studio I purchase?

I cannot find any clear answer on this anywhere, so this forum was my last resort.
