HELP!!!!!!!!!

for some reason when I try to place my kicks, snare, hats or any loop I've made into the playlist their not slotting into place i.e at the beginning of each bar. instead they're dropping into the track in random places. This has only just started happening and I'm half way through making a tune so its probably something I've done........ help
