transistor bass - lovely voice, but just won't shut up

Hi all... I'm a newbie looking for a li'l help. I got the TB plugin and I love it... But when I trigger it, it just keeps playing, long after the part in the playlist is over. How do I tell it to turn off at a certain measure? Do I have to insert a blank part, a mute or something?
