CPU usage with i9

Does anybody know how to get FL Studio 12 to utilize the most out of the CPU. I have this one plugin by "Output" called "Movement" a multi Fx vst. It appears to be the most demanding plugin I've come across. Using it on a synth loop can send the cpu load right up high even hitting 100% when playing around with the movement settings. On average it can bounce around 40% - 70% cpu load though depending on presets, etc. I even get stutters & crackles due to it. This was test, no project, just a loop sample in the playlist. Didn't expect my cpu to get slapped in the face like this. I forked out my left kidney on an i9 7980XE for more musical head room. I must be missing a trick here. Surely my i9 is not being fully used by FL Studio. Are there some settings to mess around with to improve this ? BTW I'm using version 12.5.1.165.
