Mixer effects opening on wrong monitor screen

I have a 3 screen setup. On my main monitor i have the main FL opened. On my second monitor i have my mixer detached and filling this monitor. The problem im having is mixer effects open on screen 1 as default how do i get them to open on screen 2 with the mixer as default?
