LFO & Tempo

I was wondering if there's a way, a precise way, to get any LFO running with a beat's tempo.

CUT/RES LFO for instance, i've been having trouble with making fluctuating LFO's to run along with the beat. Other than fidgeting around to get it to work, is there a more "numerical" way to get around it?

Is there a way to manipulate only "one" channel's/pattern's tempo instead of the whole song's?
