filter effects in playlist - but HOW

1st, SORRY for opening a new topic. Maybe it is already posted, but i don't know what i must searching for. I hope u can help me.

What i need is help on to the playlist. (the "down"-part of playlist) My english is not good enough to found it in the HELP-section (F1)

QUESTION:
HOW can i give some channels or pattern any effects - (automatic low pass, high pass, volume, filter, slides ...ect.)?
