new plugins and sample content

I was wondering if image line ever adds new plugins to fl studio. Also was wondering what the capabilities of harmor are. I already own serum. Does harmor do anything different that i cant already do with serum and other plugins in fl studio. I was also wondering about the vrzadin orchestra sample pack. (probably spelled that wrong) its kind of expensive. Is it worth the steep price or should i just buy a different plugin for orchestra sounds.
