Is it worth it to buy a Touchscreen Notebook for FL

Hey I have to Buy a new Notebook.
I have two Canidades

1. Dell Inspiron 17 2 in 1 with I7 8500U 16GB ram GeForce MX 150 with Touchscreen.
2. HP Powerpavillion I7 7700HQ 16GB ram GeForce GTX 1050Ti without Touchscreen.

Booth are the same Price so Question is
Better performance or Touchscreen.

I also think the HP has a little it to much plastic I don't know the materials of the Inspiron.
