I want parametric EQ 2 to start bigger in size when I open it

I want parametric EQ 2 to start bigger when I open it. Instead of manually resize it every time I open it
Is there anyway to include this in a default preset?

I also want it to show "output" sound instead of "input". Or make it HQ on default

I'd like to save 3-4 clicks EVERY time I open the eq. It's a lot of clicks
