Plugin manager error messages and log file

Windows 10 - 1709
OS Build - 16299.309
i&-7700 3.60GHz
32.0 GB RAM
FL Studio 20 - RC 4
Steinberg UR-12


Where is the plugin manager log file?
It used to be in C:\Program Files (x86)\Image-Line\FL Studio 20\System\Tools\Plugin Manager
and i could check it when i got errors, but it does not appear after plugin manager has finished scanning anymore.

Actually, these are the errors i get:

and

FL error.png

Everything works regardless of these errors(for now), but i am wondering where the log file is now and how
the errors can be checked in the log file.
