New desktop transfer

Hey all, gonna keep this short and sweet. I've recently purchased a new desktop and I'm wondering whats the most efficient way to transfer all my project files without losing samples etc... I know zipping them is one way but there's just too many... is there a setting to route the previous sample location settings into the new version of FL?
