Where to find Ogun's Pad Harmonics Tool?

What ever happened to the Pad Harmonics Tool in Ogun?

This post indicates that it has been dropped in FL12, and it does not seem to be available in FL20 either. However, the online manual still has a long page for it (see pic). Is it gone or not?

If removed, is there any access to prior versions of Ogun containing the Tool or can you access it in FL11 only?

Can you use anything else to facilitate the juggling of harmonics in Ogun?
