Vocal Chops Slicex / Fine pitch / Speed / Problem

Hey. I try fine pitch my vocal chops in piano roll. But with fine pitch they also change the speed of the pitch. But I saw it works. I saw in some videos some people do it like that. I tried every thing for solution even here I read a lot but nothing helped. I'm not sure where the problem is. Someone know?
