I'm looking for some decent studio monitors, Yamaha HS 7 seems to be the most popular option...
I'm new to this type of hardware, have some questions related
-are any of u working on EDM tracks with HS 7 ?
-is there enough bass response for your workflow, if not, how u fill the gap ? I thought about HS7 + DT770 for editing sub frequencies...
-does any subwoofer fit them, or it has to be Yamaha HS8S ?
-I'm gonna need audio interface, Audient ID4 seems to be best value... anyone using both together ? any thoughts, smtg positive or maybe negative ?
-having HS 7 + Audient ID4, how to connect subwoofer ?
-which type of cables should I choose for connecting monitors to the interface ? I've heard type/quality of cables might affect quality of sound...
overall kinda overwhelmed, currently using rather basic bundle of Creative satellite speakers + sub, all connected with one cable to the PC...
