Having FL Studio, vsts, and samples on separate drives

I've been doing a little research on having your OS and such on a separate drive. Ableton's site recommends to have 3 separate drives: one for your DAW and all third party plug ins, one for your sample libraries, and one for audio recording. Would this set up also benefit FL Studio 20? And how do you guys have your stuff set up and what set up do you guys recommend?
