My Pitcher isn't working

So I bought the signature bundle and I have talked to some people and even on live chat. They said that the pitcher plug in is fully registered on the signature bundle. Now my problem is that my Pitcher doesn't seem to work. Whenever I try to record with pitcher, my audio cuts out after 5 seconds and so my vocals get cut out and it doesn't sound right. I don't have the DEMO version... but I'm really being confused on why my pitcher doesn't work. I need help asap because i wanted to compose a valentines song on valentines day and i only have a few hours left to work on this because i live on guam. HELP ME PLZ
