I seem to be losing time in my midi loops.
I'm currently using NewTick() instead of MIDITick() since MIDITick() doesn't work yet.
So two questions:
1. Does NewTick() ever get dropped? Like, can I expect to always get a NewTick() call on every new tick no matter what?
2. Is the actual/effective samples per tick constant as long as samplerate, ppq and tempo don't change? or is it just an average?
and a 3rd question if the answer to 1 is no and 2 is yes
3. what happens if a call to NewTick() takes more than 1 tick to complete? is FL halted in terms of time by NewTick() - i guess i could test the halting part at least.
