let bar finish when switching patterns live from playlist

I don't know if there is already an option or toggle, for letting the pattern finish the current bar before switching to the next selected. The behavior would be similar to ableton clip launcher or the MPC where it waits until the current bar is finished then starts the next one you pick.

Example of how it works now in the video attached!

if it waited until the bar finished it would transition way better between the 2 patterns, without me having to put it on the playlist, because at that point pattern switching wont be live.
