matching sample tempos in project

Hi,

I'm using 20. I brought an audio clip (sample) into my project. The sample is 105 bpm, so I set the project tempo to 105 before bringing it in. But when I play the sample in song mode it sounds like it's in super slow motion. Not sure how to match project tempo with this sample's tempo.
