DX7 Synthsizer as a MIDI?

I hope I'm in the right section to ask a question, new to this sort of thing. Anyway, I was wondering is it possible to use a DX7 Synthesizer as a MIDI for FL Studio? If that is possible then how? I'd greatly appreciate any info. Thank you!
