This is something that annoyed me since ever and I sadly got used to it. But getting used to bad habits is no good for your health.
Why can't we just hit those shortcuts once, so to instantly bring in front and give focus to their respective window?
Why one hit has to close the window even if this is out of focus? There is really no point for that behaviour. No-one needs to close a hidden window. There is already Ctrl+F12 to close all unfocused windows. Why should I need to close a specific unfocused window? Makes no sense.
If a window isn't focused it means it is covered by another window (and 100% sure it is not currently used), so why if we want to recall that hidden window we have to close it first?
Is there any dev that can explain this cumbersome behaviour?
Thank you
Why do we have to hit two times F5, F6, F7, Alt+F8, F9?
