How to automate tempo without audioclips getting out of sync?

I have stems of a track that has tempo change at certain point. And im adding instruments the big problem occurs is that Stems stretches out in the playlist (without a sound change) and goes out of sync from the grid.

ANy way to solve this? if its made with purpose it is really strange and illogical, because its not what is expected and also i just tried in cubase and studio one, they do not stretch audio visualy (wich means getting out of sync).

The worst part, i cant even match the VST instruments because Audio stems just not even alight properly to each other.
