Ogun VST doesn't respond to velocity

I've been using the native FL Studio Ogun plugin for a while and it works great. I installed the VST plugin today and it doesn't seem to respond to note velocity like the native plugin does. No matter how large or small the note velocity, the VST produces the exact same sound.

I checked the VST in a bunch of different DAWs (FL Studio, Reaper, Bitwig Studio, Studio One, and Tracktion Waveform), and it ignores velocity in all of them. I checked the velocity settings and they look right ("Link velocity to volume" and "Link velocity to attack length" are checked---see the attached image). I also tried reinstalling the Ogun VST and it didn't help. The VST says it's v1.1.

Is my installation broken? Am I misunderstanding how to use the VST?
