Channel window wants to be top dog

Dunno what I've done, and it's probably such a simple fix.

Basically the channel window won't get outta the way and wants to always be on top of other windows.
How can I turn that off ?
Only started doing it a few days ago when I loaded in an old project.

open the channel rack menu and unselect 'detach...
