how to-chord drag and drop into piano roll overwrites previous midi chord

hi

if i have some midi chords (similar to unison pack) drag and drop to piano roll basically, second drag of chords will always replace and remove first one.

how to enable some function to be able to just drag and drop chords to piano roll without replacing previous ones.

other daw do not do this so there must be something disabled in settings i would say but cant find it.
