NO Support for MPE are you going to develop it?

I tried to raise a ticket on the subject below.. but it was closed by the support team.. as they did not want to respond to it.

Please explain your attitude towards MPE...do you have any intention on deliverying any functionality..I have been a loyal supporter of FL for many years...and your attitude towards me is insulting as a customer I expect more than indifference.. if you do not intend to implement MPE then please be open and honest ...Having come from a software development background. I understand the complications of what you need to do, you need to remember you exist for your customers...If MPE Is not part of your target audience, then be open and say so..
