how many have and will benefit from a whammy bar?
I don't know the exact number after all these decades of sales..
do you know answer to either of the question?
but I fairly sure it is beneficial to a whole bunch of people.. and also the desired result of it (no matter the protocol used to achieve it) isn't going away any time soon..
like the whammy bridge evolving to the floating bridge (think midi 2) and many other types as years went on.. all those evolutions still serving a root main function, that is desired.
and being actively purchased.
NO the topic is not about if mpe is cool or not..
the topic is about FL Studios lack of it
where almost every other daw has it.
My opinions on it are regarding upcoming possible sales within the next decade with factual data to prove that the market is there..
so it comes down to IL's decision making process on it..
and that decision making process should imho, contain a serious data and code gathering attempt, to look over and estimate the COST of instilling the feature.
the data for sales increase is already finalized and factually determined.
does the cost outweigh the ROI?
that is NOT an answer that a non IL person could answer easily.. no?
