I am not Tomper but as I see that he is triggering the volume shaper by midi one shot trigger I would bet it´s about Midi as trigger not being latency compensated...

Yep. I'm using MIDI trigger with ShaperBox 2 and the PDC applies to the mixer bus so everything is perfectly in sync. Except for the MIDI trigger (from MIDI Out), which means it happens way too soon when not offsetting the curve manually like I'm showing above.
