How to simulate the "wacka wacka" wah guitar sound?

I found a pretty decent free wah plugin, but I haven't been able to get it to simulate the classic palm mute wah guitar sound. One example is this part of the Debbie Does Dallas theme. Is there any way to do it within FL Studio?
