How do I monitor the master mixer track levels while a different mixer track is selected? The master mixer track always shows the levels for whatever track I have selected instead of the master levels.
I know I can use Wave Candy on the master and set it to 'meter', but this takes up real estate. I'd like to monitor the master in the mixer rack if possible. I am imagining the 'standard' view in most DAW's I've used previously, where the master is always visible alongside the currently selected mixer track.
What I have done already to try to learn:
Googled 'monitor master mixer track'
Searched IL forums for 'monitor master mixer track'
Read 'Mixer Explained', 'Mixer Track Effects', and 'Mixer Menu' in the ORM.
Messed around in the Mixer options.
I know it is possible I may have missed a solution in my research.
Thanks in advance.
