Cracks and pops cpu meter 32%

been Having trouble with FL studio for as long as I can remember. Using a $8000 computer cpu ryzen 3970x with apollo uad 2 quad.
CPU=3% in windows when rolling my full song and also when Im rendering.
CPU Meter in FL= 30-35%

STILL cracks and pops when putting buffert latency on 256kb and also sometimes on 512kb.

This post raises a lot of questions.

* Why isn't FL using CPU better when rendering and in Real time.
* Shouldnt I hear pops and cracks when CPU meter in FL getting close to 90-100% ?
* Is the problem Apollo inteface? I've heard more poeple had problem with them. Are Focusrite and RME more compatible with FL?
