is there a way to glue cut notes together in newtone?

So you can cut a note into 2 pieces in newtone but other than undoing it, is there any other way to reconnect 2 cut pieces? If undo is the only way, then it is very difficult to go back and reconnect 2 notes that you cut many moves ago
