Quantize in Playlist?

Hi! I know there are many humanize/quantize-Possibilities in the Piano Roll. What can i do to humanize kick and snare, that i painted into the playlist ?
i already moved the a bit to left and right so that they are not exactly on the beat, is that right?! Is there an option to change the velocity of the kick hits?
