3rd party plugins quality settings

Hi guys

When I put the lowest realtime rendering quality on a 3rd party VST, does FL Studio switch it back to it's maximum quality during rendering?

There's an option called 'HQ for all plugins' in the export window. Is that what it does or it does it only for stock plugins? and I have to do it manually for 3rd party ones?
