Delete a measure in the Piano Roll?

Is there a way to delete a measure in the Piano Roll? I mean delete the whole measure, not just the notes in it.

I have a 5 measure pattern, in a grand piano, and the first measure is kind of boring and pointless, so I want to just delete it and start at the beginning of the second measure, so the whole thing is just 4 measures. I know I can select and delete the notes, then manually move all the other notes down, and then shorten the pattern in the Pattern Length setting in the Channel Rack, but is there any way to just select and delete the first measure in the Piano Roll so it does all that stuff automagically?
