Petition to change Cmd/Ctl Z as undo

It would be so intuitive if Command/Control Z was the key command to move back through the undo history one step at a time. This is pretty much how every other application I have encountered works. From other DAWs (PT, Logic, Live, GarageBand) to office tools (MS Word, Apple Pages, Keynote) to even browsers. Hitting Cmd Z then hitting Opt Cmd Z just to go two steps back seems rather obtuse.

Is there a reason why FL studio has such a unique approach to undo that goes against the standard implemented by almost all other computing applications?
