Notes and pattern problem

Hi,

I don't know how this happened but I've got an issue with my notes and patterns, samples that I drag in etc. All of them do not start on a bar in the grids etc, I have to zoom in, adjust them to the perfect time. It's very annoying and takes up some time. Another problem I have is with the latency when I want to scroll on my project on my MacBook. Either scrolling left, right, up and down it takes ages to do so.
