How can I track down my presets?

Hi,

hoping you can help. Took my laptop in to the shop to try to free up some hard drive space. I was very specific in asking for any music files or folders not to be touched as it would result in pain for me when I got the laptop back. Obviously they didn't listen. All kinds of things now go wrong. The latest one that I can't seem to fix involves some packs I've purchased for Serum. They appear drop down boxes when I'm trying to build a track but basically no sound comes out. Is there any way of finding out where the presets have been moved to? Obviously the fella who cleaned up my laptop hasn't got a clue.

Any help greatly appreciated.
