Exporting Tempo Information is not working for some reason

I've made custom loops and exported them with Save Tempo Information turned on. I've just tried to import the loops and see if they are automatically stretched to the current project tempo. Some loops did automatically, but some loops didn't. The ones that didn't automatically stretched still have tempo information embedded correctly, but I have to manually hit auto and time stretch.

I made sure that Read Sample Tempo is turned on. I'm confused there is gotta be something I'm missing. It could be about exporting. Does Anyone have an idea what it might be?
