Making loop chord progressions

Im sorry if it confused you, what i was trying to do was create chord progressions with midi files " midi files of chords in each key"
However after inserting a midi file "chord" in the vst or instrument plug in piano roll it doesn't let me insert more than one chord "midi file" any work around to this ? Im curious sorry if i confused you more. Im working with fl 20
