Controller assigned to two plugins get recorded in every plugin in pattern mode

Hi,

Suppose I have two instruments (3rd party), each one has a knob. I mapped an external midi slider on both the knobs using the multilink controller.
When I activate the first instrument for example and I play some notes moving my slider, the plugin knob moves correctly and everything seems to be working.
However I have problem with recording:
- create a new pattern (and switch to pattern mode)
- select the first instrument
- start recording
- play some notes and move the slider

I see that in the pattern are recorded the notes (of course) and BOTH the knobs automation events, while I expected only the first knob.
This is an issue for me because if I create a new pattern for the second instrument and I record only notes for example, when in song mode the second knob moves as the first one while it should stay still.

So how can I reuse the same slider applied to multiple controllers of some instruments making sure that when recording one instrument only it will be recorded only the automations of that only instrument and not all the other one which respond to the same slider?

Thank you
