Edison script Guru for: Normalize left and/or right channels independently

Hello everyone!

I'm trying to accomplish this on hundreds of audio files, each of these with hundreds of markers, and each of these markers isn't well balanced:
Some have more content to the right, some on the left. The content can be similar but also completely different for each channel, this basically means that each sample needs a completely different volume setting for left and right. That's why I need a script to automate all this process.

Please don't suggest manual ways to do it. I really need a script but I don't have a clue on how to make it.

Is there any Script guru out there able to write such a script?

This is an example (you can see how the white waveform is lower in volume compared to the red one:
