Using a guitar pedal as an external effect. NO DRY SIGNAL

Ok, I've been playing with this for hours now. I have a Focusrite 4i4 and a hologram infinite jets. I want to take signal from inside FL and play it through the pedal. I don't want to hear what is going through the pedal, I only want to hear the output of the pedal. How should I set this up?
