New build B550 or X570 chipset motherboard ?

I'm looking at a new build PC based around the AMD 5800X CPU, anyone with any thoughts on the pros and cons of these two chipsets ?
I understand that the X570 is considered to be the 'better' board, but it has a tiny fan on the chipset, which I could imagine could be pretty audible (?)
