How to use IL Remote to switch VSTi presets/program banks?

Hello, I'd like to know to use IL Remote to switch through presets from a soft synth (lets say).

For example, I have a VSTi (FL native or not) and I want to create a "jogwheel" button into IL Remote to scroll through the presets/program banks from this synth, what should be the settings of this "jogwheel" button in the IL remote app? Is it about SysControl, or does it needs a container, what's needing to be linked?

I looked into online manual but couldn't find, I don't see how to do this, anyone could help me to manage this?
