Channel and Pattern Weirdness

First let me say I've been working on this song a long time and don't remember why I did certain things or how.

I set up a pattern to do some drum fills months ago and put just a couple of tom hits in the pattern. I'm using FPC as the instrument and used it to play the drums in the pattern.

I'm also using the same FPC instance to play another fill in another pattern.

If you look at the attached image you'll see my problem. The notes show up in that thing at the top, I marked it in red, but they don't show up in the piano roll. They actually play in the mix and are audible, but I can't adjust the notes in any way.

I think I somehow crossed up the two patterns somehow by using the same instance of FPC, but that's just a guess I really have no idea what's going on.

How do I get the notes to appear in the piano roll again?

Thanks. I know this is not a great description of the problem.
