Fl Vol. Faders /Default volume compared to Logic Pro

Hey!

I recently moved from Logic Pro X to FL, mainly because the piano roll is so much better. One thing im having a hard time adjusting to is the default volume when mixing.

Most of the times in Logic Pro when i insert any 3rd party plugin, lower it to lets say "-10db" the output will be -10db +/- 0.2 db, but in FL lowering the mixer fader to -10 db will result in an output volume of -12 db or so.

So my question is, is there any way i can adjust a setting, make a template so i get mixer faders to behave the same way they do in logic pro?
