how to "sharpen" the orchestral percussion?

Dear good people,

I have recently started trying the orchestral vst and found that the sound of percussion is so far away and little too much delay for the music. For example, the main instrument is just on the time but percussion comes 0.5 seconds later. It listened somewhat not that good for a rapid pace music.

I wonder if someone could give suggestions of methods to reduce the delay or any other solutions. Thank you !!
